The Language Center for Specific Purposes (LCSP) was established at the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University, via the ordinance of the Supreme Council of Universities no. (43) dated June 1^st, 1995.

Several members of the faculty’s teaching staff took over the management of the center; they are listed respectively as follows:
